community based programs and national advocacy campaigns to advance
human rights and religious liberty, promote unity and spiritual
development, and improve quality of life for victims of war and natural
disasters.
ADT and its partners are committed to international
standards of good practice and conduct in relief/development, and its
response will conform to such recognized standards as Sphere, the Code
of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement,
and NGOs in Disaster Relief, and People in Aid. Furthermore, ADT strives
to build local capacities through conducting participatory planning
