Alliance Development Trust (ADT) is the relief and development arm of the National Christian Evangelical Alliance of Sri Lanka (NCEASL). ADT facilitates community-based programmes and social welfare programmes in order to improve the quality of life for victims of war and natural disasters, socially marginalised groups such as HIV and AIDS infected and affected persons, those living with Leprosy and other vulnerable persons including women and children.

ADT implements its projects through structured and integrated programme sectors under the broad categories of Humanitarian Aid and Community Development.

ADT is committed to international standards of good practice and conduct and its response will conform to such recognised standards such as the Sphere StandardsPeople in Aid, World Association of Non Governmental Organisations (WANGO) Code of Ethics & Conduct for NGOs, ICRC Code of Conduct, International Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) and Australian Council for International Development (ACFID).
